Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon

Ingredients:

7 eggs
salt and pepper
45 g of butter
55 g of cream
1 tbs chopped parsley
6 thin slices of smoked salmon
6 slices of bread

Way to follow:

Beat the eggs with seasoning, cook butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
Put cream and chopped parsley and toast the bread slices.
Put the egg without waiting on plates and add the slices of salmon.
